New Residential Construction
Additions

Commercial Build-Outs
Since these are custom, labor-intensive services provided based on client agreements and timelines, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Deposits & Payments
All project deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you decide to cancel before any services or planning begin, you may request a partial refund (minus administrative and planning costs already incurred).
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with an aspect of our work:

We will work to address the issue through repair, replacement, or adjustment—depending on the nature of the concern and our agreed contract terms.
4. Change Requests
If you change your mind about a service or wish to modify your original plan:
